How to plan your study week in 15 minutes
A good week starts with a short plan. Spending fifteen minutes on Sunday saves hours of "what should I do now?" during the week.
1. Put the fixed dates in the calendar
Add exams, deadlines and classes to the month calendar first. Everything else fits around them.
2. Break big work into small tasks
"Study biology" is too vague. "Read chapter 4 and make 10 flashcards" is a task you can finish in one sitting. Put each small task on a specific day.
3. Leave room for life
Do not fill every hour. Leave one free evening and a catch-up slot for anything that runs late.
4. Review every evening
Mark what you finished, move what you did not, and check tomorrow’s list. SANPU’s planner keeps a task list for every day with status and tags, so this takes a minute.
